Foreign Materials Supply Department 　　Foreign Materials Supply Department of Sinolight International Holdings Corporation mainly deals in importing professional physical and chemical analysis instruments, including chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, etc. The department adopts agency and self-operating methods to provide customers with a full range of services such as consulting, business, logistics, and after-sales.

Overseas Business Department 　　Sinolight International Holdings Corporation is China's first central state-owned enterprise to dispatch Technical Intern Trainees to Japan. It enjoys leading domestic and international popularity and brand reputation in foreign labor services. Since 1987, the Overseas Business Department has dispatched more than 20,000 Technical Intern Trainees of dozens of work types including clothing, textiles, construction, welding, machine tools, electronics, food, plastic molding, and agriculture to Japan.

International Exhibition Department 　　After 30 years of development, the International Exhibition Department has formed a professional team with abundant industry experience, high comprehensive quality and vitality. Plastics and Chemicals Department 　　The Plastics and Chemicals Department mainly imports polyethylene, polypropylene, EVA and other chemical raw materials, and has fixed warehouses in major ports in Northeast and North China. The department has established good and stable cooperative relations with more than ten world-leading petrochemical companies such as Exxon Mobil in the United States, SIBUR in Russia, LG in South Korea, Saudi Arabia and so on.

International Economic and Trade Department 　　The International Economic and Trade Department is engaged in the import and export business of vegetable oils, peanuts, sesame dried tapioca, tapioca starch, and other agricultural products. The types of oils include palm oil, soybean oil, vegetable oil and so on.
