Robotic outer heads placing applicator 　　Robotic outer heads placing applicator greatly improves production capacity and saves manpower cost, and it runs safely and reliably, avoiding potential danger during placing heads by manual. Robotic outer heads placing applicator adopts with six-joint manipulator, and is equipped with vacuum pump, clamp device is equipped with solenoid valve units, and clamp outer heads as per production situation.

Ream wrapping system 　　Ream wrapping system is for wrapping paper sheet in high automation , and only 1 operator on feeding working position is required. It completes a series of complicated actions such as automatic stack lifting, ream conveying, wrapper conveying, wrapper adhesive spraying and wrapper cutting, top wrapping, side adhesive spraying and wrapping, stack counting, wrapper and adhesive length calculation etc. The control system adopts with pneumatic servo control, digital servo control, automatic position and dual CPU smart slave station and other advanced technologies.
